THE EDITOR, Sir:
AT SOME point in our lives we all have to work with someone who we consider our boss. The Honourable Karl Hendrickson is a real good boss and great Jamaican.
A good boss is someone who allows you to innovate and feel confident while you work with the business entity to put in 100 per cent effort for the job and on the job. Bad bosses create stress, and resentment not because of salary but working environment and bad morals.
The Honourable Mr. Hendrickson is a real God-sent Jamaican manager, who defines all managers anywhere. He is well-read and understands productivity and knows that people are the source of the productivity that builds a company.
The Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) is one of those great organisation for business leaders in the whole Caribbean region and even in America. For them to honour Karl Hendrickson in their Hall of Fame is a great move. God bless the PSOJ and God bless the Honourable Karl Hendrickson, a great Jamaican boss, who knows how and why we produce, even against great odds.
