Exercise more discipline on our roads
published: Thursday | October 9, 2003

THE EDITOR, Sir:

IT PAINS to see the careless usage of roads in our society. There are so many thoughtless and indisciplined drivers out there, and speed sure does kill. Let us try to leave out on time to arrive on time.

I believe we can take a few lines out of our National Pledge and Anthem with us on the road. May our "Eternal Father bless our land and guide us with His mighty hand" (Anthem). Let us remember "Before God and all mankind we pledge love and loyalty" and in the end it will help us to increase in beauty, fellowship and prosperity (pledge). May God help us in playing our part.

I am, etc.,

"PATMAN"
