No water for five months

THE EDITOR, Sir:

WE THE citizens of Hopedale in Spanish Town, would like to know why we have had no water for the past five months, yet we still get exorbitant water bills. Do we have to resort to blocking the Old Harbour main road to get this vital commodity? The adjoining neighbourhoods have water, what about us?
