Six-year-old steals Jamboree
SPANISH TOWN, St. Catherine THE JAMAICA Cultural Development Commission (JCDC) staged its 'Road Jam-boree' at Emancipation Square in the old capital Spanish Town, St. Catherine on Saturday, but the event attracted very few participants.
