Good things do happen here
published: Thursday | October 30, 2003

THE EDITOR, Sir,

LET US take a break from all the negativity around us. In the mid-part of this year I read in your newspaper about Aneisha Williams and how well she did abroad in a debate. I made a note of what was written but I did not think about it really.

However, I had the opportunity to sit at a function where she addressed young persons in her age group. At first I thought she would fail because she was amomg her peers but I was astonished at how appreciated she was. Her speech was marvellous. This girl was stunning. She touched my heart with her words.

I am etc,
