AS OF Saturday, November 15, Paymaster Jamaica Limited,will become the exclusive collection agency authorised to collect non-immigrant visa fees for the United States Embassy.The agreement was signed at Paymaster's Dumfries Road headquarters in Kingston on Thursday, October 23.
This means that effective November 15, persons wishing to apply for non-immigrant (visitor's visas), to the United States, can go to any of Paymaster's 130 locations islandwide and pay the Jamaica equivalent of US$100 (J$6,000). They will then be issued with two parts of a three-part Paymaster receipt. Applicants must take the receipt with them when attending appointments at the embassy.
Paymaster will distribute blank non-immigrant visa application forms (DS-156 and DS 157), to each applicant.
INTERNET ACESS
Prospective non-immigrant visa applicants will be required to schedule their embassy interviews via the Internet. The address at which appointments are to be booked is: http://usembassy.state.gov/kingston/. Detailed instructions for booking interview appointments is available at the embassy's Web site.
Applications can be scheduled using any computer that has Internet access.

Established in 1997, Paymaster (Jamaica) Ltd is the first agency set up specifically to give customers a safe, convenient way to pay utility and other bills. Recently, the company was also awarded the exclusive contract to collect TAG credits for the Highway 2000 Toll Plaza.
