GOLOCAL JAMAICA.COM, in collaboration with Wray and Nephew, has selected the first set of winners in the weekly National Premier League Mobile Competition.

Each week questions about the Premier League are posted in The Gleaner and Star and readers give a text message response via their cellular phones.

Stephen Tavares correctly answered the question: How many national players are on Harbour View's team, and who are they? The answer was, two, Fabian Taylor and Damion Stewart.

The other winners were Ahmed Smith and Karl Pennant who respectively answered the questions: Which two players scored two goals in the first round of the Premier League? The players were Fabian Taylor and Kemar Mills.

The other question was: How many goals were scored in Roen Nelson's record-breaking 2002-03 season? The answer was 30 goals. These questions were answered via text message format based on questions published weekly in The Gleaner and Star newspapers.
