Unable to collect NIS
published: Thursday | November 27, 2003

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I AM a naturalised Jamaican citizen who retired from the teaching service in Jamaica in 1990 and do collect a small pension from the Jamaican government.

But I have been unable to receive monies due me by NIS to which deductions were made from my wages received at St. George's College, Camperdown High School (both in Kingston), Passley Gardens Teachers' College (now part of CASE in Portland) and Jonathan Grant High School in Spanish Town. Remissions from NIS are to be paid into my account #302567050 at NCB Half Way Tree branch.

I am, etc.,

GORDON ST. BERNARD

Box 1861 Bruce St.

St. George's, Grenada
