FRASERSANDALS RESORTS International has appointmented Peter Fraser as general manager at Royal Plantation Spa & golf Resort, effective Decem-ber 1, 2003.
A hotel administrator for some 30 years, Mr. Fraser served as general manager of the Terra Nova Hotel in Kingston and the Eaton Hall Great House & Villas in Runaway Bay, St. Ann.
His years in the industry saw him directing the food & beverage operations at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel and Dubai International Hotel in the United Arab Emirates. He was also director of operations at Mallards Beach Hotel and was, most recently, the director of group operations at Gems of Barbados, a group of hotels along the south coast of the island.
He brings to his new job extensive expertise as well as a wealth of knowledge about operating Caribbean hotels.
A graduate of the Lambeth College (UK) Mr. Fraser holds a diploma in Marketing and Sales.
