What type of billing system exists at JPS?
THE EDITOR, Sir: WE RECEIVED from the JPS a bill for September which was paid in its entirety on 4.10.03 before the due date. Subsequent to this no bills have been received.
Sour grapes?
THE EDITOR, Sir: CONGRATULATIONS TO Cliff Hughes' on his well-deserved award from the Press Association of Jamaica. I note with interest, the sour grapes resting on Stephen Vasciannie's stomach re his friend Mutty Perkins.
