More social ills

THE EDITOR, Sir:

GREETINGS. GANJA may be decriminalised and later legalised. Will this lead to another of the social ills of Jamaica, especially for the vulnerable, the youth, the student population and the unemployed? Even if the world decriminalises it, must we? It would seem best to take the most conservative stance. How can we know what will be the negative effects of decriminalisation and legalisation.
