Walter Vivian Ashman
published: Wednesday | January 14, 2004

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I WOULD like to use this medium to make contact with my father or anyone who may have an idea where he is. His name is Walter Vivian Ashman a.k.a. 'John', 'Johnny' or 'Mas John'. He used to have tailoring establishments on Langston Road and Matthews Lane in downtown Kingston in the 1970s.

He is around 72 years old and emigrated from Panama to Jamaica when he was around 12 or 13 years old. I understand he may be living in rural St. Andrew, Clarendon, or Portland. I am now 33 years old and my mother's name is Gloria. I know he has made efforts in the past to reach me while I was in Jamaica. Please respond to my e-mail address or call to leave a message.

I am, etc.,

CHRISTOPHER ASHMAN
