THE EDITOR, Sir:

I THINK The Gleaner has been making a great contribution to Education in the CXC Study Guide weekly publication. I did English Language last year using mainly this Guide and ended up with a distinction (2003 results September - Straight A profile)

Others have used the same Guide and received the same results for other subjects (i.e. first time doing those subjects and not going to any classes).

I am doing other subjects using the same guide.
