JAMAICANS NOW have the opportunity to own luxurious apartments and penthouses in the sunny city of Miami of Florida.

How? Miami Properties Network Corporation is offering the deal which makes it the first time that properties are being offered to individuals offshore the United States. The hotels, namely the Trump Palace, Trump International Sonesta Beach Resort and Trump Royale offer world class accommodation, convenient 24-hour service and heavenly-esque comfort.

The weather shouldn't be bad either since this is Miami we're talking. If the photographs and slide presentations are true representations, then the properties would be a dream come true.

Donald Trump, hotelier extraordinaire, has teamed up with Michael and Gil Dezer to offer deluxe condominiums and, through Miami Properties Network Corporation, Jamaican citizens can enjoy a piece of it. Countries such as Colombia and Ecuador are also being offered the package.

But before you go rushing to the directory, only the Trump International is finished. The others will both be fully operational by 2007.

According to Ian Resiner, vice-president of corporate affairs at Trump Grande Ocean Resort and Residences, Jamaicans should invest now so that when the properties are finally open, they would gain a profit on their investment.
