Tax hike - Property owners to bridge $2.7 billion shortfall in revenues
POINTING TO a $2.7 billion shortfall in revenues to cover the cost of street lighting and other services, Finance Minister Dr. Omar Davies said on Thursday that property taxes would be increased to bridge the financing gap.
