My husband's dad, Sydney Mortimore
published: Monday | February 9, 2004

THE EDITOR, Sir:

MY NAME is Michelle. I am seeking my husband's father. His name is Sydney Mortimore. Sydney is from Jamaica, I believe in St. Ann. His mother's name was Josephine Gallimore a.k.a. 'Ms Joe'. Sydney is one of her sons.

Sydney had a baby named Anthony with a lady by the name of Pearl or Perlie who was living in Kingston. Sydney used to work in Kingston at the time, he drove a different car weekly. He migrated to England in the '60s, around 1962-1963. Sydney also had a son in Jamaica by another lady named Louce.

Upon arriving to England, I believe in Birmingham, he was then married and had another set of children. My wish is to see my husband happy and for him to complete the missing puzzle in his life. Please someone out there try and remember something please.

I am, etc.,

Ms. MORTIMORE
