Two new stock exchange seats on offer

THE COUNCIL of the Jamaica Stock Exchange is inviting applications for two additional seats on the Exchange in response to expressed interest.

In June 2001 the JSE welcomed four new stockbrokerages: Capital & Credit Securities Ltd.; Dehring Bunting & Golding Ltd.; JMMB Securities Ltd. and First Global Stockbrokers Ltd., which brought to ten, the number of its brokerages. The others are: Barita Investments Ltd.; NCB Capital Markets Ltd., (formerly Edward Gayle & Company Ltd.); M/VL Stockbrokers Ltd.; Mayberry Investments Ltd.; Paul Chen Young & Company Ltd. and Victoria Mutual Wealth Management Ltd.

Applicants are invited to make contact with the general manager of the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
