Jamaica prepare for Carib Beer final

WAVELL HINDS is set to make his comeback today in a two-day practice match as Jamaica continue their preparations for the Carib Beer International Shield final against Barbados.

The match, to be played at Melbourne Oval, will be Hinds' first since he returned home from West Indies' tour of South Africa with a groin strain.

Also listed to play are Jermaine Lawson and Jerome Taylor who missed Jamaica's last two Carib Beer Series matches.

The final of the Carib Beer International Shield will be played between March 25-28 in Bridgetown, Barbados.

The teams, to be captained by Hinds and Nehemiah Perry, will be chosen from Carlton Baugh Jnr., Bevon Brown, Danza Hyatt, Maurice Kepple, Jermaine Lawson, Daren Powell, Jerome Taylor, David Bernard Jnr., Keith Hibbert, Shawn Findlay, Lorenzo Ingram, Evon McInnis, Donovan Pagon, Andrew Richardson, Mario Venture, Odean Brown, Phillip Keating, Tamar Lambert, Matthew Sinclair and Dwight Washington.
