Setting the record straight
published: Sunday | March 21, 2004

THE EDITOR, Sir:

AN ARTICLE appearing in your issue of the 17th instant at page B11 contributed by your Staff Reporter, Denise Clarke, has caused me great personal distress as I have been deluged by telephone calls, some in jest and some in reality as my name Hugh Levy is referred to as having appeared in the Resident Magistrate's Court accused of delinquency in NHT payments.

The person referred to is not Hugh Levy, attorney-at-law, Notary Public, Hon. Consul for Liberia, but a local person having the same name.

I am, etc.,

HUGH LEVY

Kingston
