Who is paying Aristide's expenses?

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I BELIEVE that the Jamaican people need to know who is responsible for Mr. Aristide's expenses? Is it the Government or Mr. Aristide? If it is the Government, should it be approved by the Jamaican Parliament or should it be just Mr. Patterson's decision?
