Delighted with Deyal

THE EDITOR, Sir:
EVER SO often, when I am delighted by an extraordinarily humorous piece by your writer, Mr. Tony Deyal, I have thought of writing a letter of thanks. However, procrastination, which is the thief of time, has been the impediment.
But, on reading Mr. Deyal's column in last Saturday's issue of The Gleaner I became pregnant with creativity and my pen pulled me to prose. (Hopefully, those are not clichés).
Can even an immortal be so gifted? Clearly, if I did not step up to the plate on this occasion, I would be doing your so distinctive writer a great disservice. Ever at your service.
I am, etc.,
