Great work by the NHT

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I WISH to thank the staff of the National Housing Trust (NHT) for their efficient and courteous handling of a business transaction I recently had with them. In the process, I was pleasantly surprised to have been called at my home, twice, to be provided with very useful information regarding the transaction.

The NHT demonstrates that it is well organised and that its systems work.

At the conclusion of my business, I was left with a feeling of hope that as a nation, we can give first class service.

My congratulations to management, and special thanks to Mr. Bent.
