Paying tribute

THE EDITOR, Sir:

THE ST. ALOYSIUS Primary School family would like to pay tribute to: Mr. Eric Offendel; Mr. Howard Hamilton (Public Defender); Mr. Ian Forte (President of the Court of Appeal) and Mr. Jasper Adams. These past students have extended generosity to our school on Monday May 3, 2004 when they presented us with a 'Sunroc' water cooler.

We wish also to express special thanks and appreciation to the other past students who have responded favourably to this project.

Special recognition must go to Mr. Eric Offendel, as this was his brainchild. His plan is to rally the support of all the past students both locally and overseas in an effort to build a stronger association with the school which laid the foundation in their formative years.

We wish him well in his endeavours.
