THE EDITOR, Sir:

GRANT ME space in your newspaper to express my sincere gratitude to a particular segment of our tourist industry, which ever so often we take for granted. I refer to the all-inclusive hotel concept fashioned and operated by the SuperClubs Group: Breezes, Runaway Bay and Grand Lido, Negril.

I was privileged to have spent a day and night at the former, and three full days at the latter. I was pleasantly surprised to realise that local guests were no less treated than the overseas visitors. All levels of staff were highly professional. In particular, I was impressed with the natural courtesy displayed by the security personnel at both hotels. I lift my cap off to you guys and by extension to the management ­ well done!

I did enjoy my stay. The services offered catered to the total person and these I recommend to any Jamaican who wishes to be pampered.
