The link between arthritis and unforgiveness

Arthritis is connected to an over-critical attitude, says Reverend John Scott, science of the mind practitioner.
NO ONE ever asks for the disease conditions which develop in our bodies, states Reverend John Scott of the Temple of Light, a religious and philo-sophical movement in Kingston, but the science of the mind practitioner firmly believes that our attitudes do affect our health. This, he says, quoting Louise Hay, the writer who has done research on the link between thought patterns and specific ailments.
"We have specific habits which, if done repetitiously, will set up the conditions of disease," Rev. Scott said.
If we can change our attitudes, we can change the health consequences in our bodies. The repetition of 'healing thoughts' in a manner which can be heard and accepted by the subconscious may be a source of healing. Disease did not develop overnight, and so the healing process might also take a while as your 'new attitude' takes root.
The science of the mind practitioner notes that most conditions are somehow connected to a lack of self-love. We can also affirm for others, he adds. He has given some of them and the related thoughts which he said, can heal.
DIABETES: This comes from a great need to control and a deep seated feeling that there is no sweetness left in life. There is also a longing for what might have been.HEALING THOUGHT: I now choose to experience the joys of today. This moment is filled with joy which circulates in my blood stream. ARTHRITIS: Judgemental, criticism, resentment, blame. Until we begin to love ourselves as we are, we cannot experience change. Critical thoughts of ourselves and others result in painful joints.HEALING THOUGHT: I am love. I now choose to love and approve of myself and I see all others with love.SINUS PROBLEMS: These usually stem from problems with one person, especially with someone close.HEALING THOUGHT: I declare that peace and harmony indwells me and surrounds me at all times. All is well.HEART DISEASE: Heart problems are connected to long-standing emotional problems, a lack of joy and a hardening of the heart.HEALING THOUGHT: Joy, joy, joy. I lovingly allow joy to flow through my mind and experience.HEART ATTACK: Related to squeezing all the joy out of the heart in favour of money or position.HEALING THOUGHT: I bring you back to the centre of my heart. I express love to all.ALLERGIES: Someone or something is under your skin.HEALING THOUGHT: The world is safe. I am safe. I am at peace with my life.HIV/AIDS: A strong belief that one is not good enough. Sexual guilt. Denial of self.HEALING THOUGHT: I am a divine and magnificent expression of life. I rejoice in my sexuality. I rejoice in all that I am. I love myself.Alcoholism: Self-rejection no joy in self.HEALING THOUGHT: I love and approve of myself. I choose to see my self-worth. Each moment is new. I live in the now.ALZHEIMER'S: A desire to leave the planet. The inability to face life as it is.HEALING THOUGHT: Everything happens in the right time/place/sequence. Divine right action is taking place at all times.OVERWEIGHT: This has to do with the need for protection. It is a sign of turning away from feeling; of self-rejection. A diet from negative thought is required.HEALING THOUGHT: I am at peace with my own feelings. I am safe where I am. I create my own security. I love and approve of myself.BREASTS LUMPS, CYSTS, SORENESS: Over-mothering and overprotection overbearing attitudes. HEALING THOUGHT: I am free to be me and allow others to be free to be who they are. It is safe for all of us to grow up.
