A plea to advertise

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I READ 'Power gathering of Jamaicans in the diaspora' and was very pleased to see it. But, where was the event advertised? This is just the kind of event I would like to attend. I come home each year and combining an event that focuses on topics of interest i.e.: sexual and reproductive health (which is my field of practice), would be a very good means of networking with other like-minded persons.

Could I make a plea that the organisers advertise the next conference/meeting more widely than this present one was.
