Saluting good service

THE EDITOR, Sir:
I AM one of those Jamaicans who feel that when my fellow Jamaicans are doing a good job or making some good gesture or contribution, they should be commended and credited; after all the average experience borders between mediocrity to downright awful.
It is with this in mind, that I am publicly crediting the management and staff of KACS Auto Sales, especially Mr. Powell.
I took my vehicle to be serviced and was surprised at the professionalism with which I and the other customers were treated. They were courteous and responded to courtesy, congenial and businesslike. Not satisfied with that, after the work was completed on the vehicle, I was a little questioning on some aspects of the job and was talked through the process the workers confident of their skills and work ethic.
Could all other auto agencies, take a visit to that agency and do a small copy. I am sure they would not charge you.
Thanks again KACS.
I am, etc.,
