ON BEHALF of the Ministry of Education, Youth & Culture, I would like to applaud Mr. Michael Lee-Chin and his team at the National Commercial Bank and Mr. William Clarke and the Bank of Nova Scotia for the exemplary initiative that they have taken to assist the Government of Jamaica in nation-building.

Thank you for playing your part in advancing the welfare of the citizens of Jamaica by assisting our students and youth with their education.

National Commercial Bank and Bank of Nova Scotia, please continue the good work and also continue being the role models so that others may follow in your footsteps.
