Editorial - No retreat, no surrender
AFTER SOME semblance of due process two men have been summarily executed by firing squad. Their crimes? Robbery and disrespect shown to the leadership of the 'state'. The state? An inner-city enclave under the rule of community dons.

ALTHOUGH I never knew Mr. Brian Williamson, founder of the Jamaica Forum for Lesbians, All-Sexuals and Gays (J-FLAG), I was deeply disturbed by his murder and especially mortified by the brutality of the crime. (Rattray)
