The McCook family
published: Monday | June 28, 2004

THE EDITOR, Sir:

KINDLY GRANT us a space in your newspaper to present this letter to our Jamaican relatives.

Our surname is McCook. Our grandfather was born in Jamaica, he was twin to Gwendolyn McCook. She lived here too but she returned to Jamaica and married Arthur Heron. She died a few years later, and grandfather William McCook died too.

We really lost their address in Jamaica and now we would like to know about our relatives. We know we have uncles, cousins, etc., in Jamaica. Our father's name is Pedro. He and his sister Gloria (our aunt) are twins too.

We all live here in Havana, Cuba. Pedro (our father) has three daughters and a son: Gladys, Sarah, Regla and Candido. Aunt Gloria has two daughters, Damarys and Arelys.

We would like to receive correspondence of our family, so we send you our address and telephone number.

I am, etc.,

GLADYS MCCOOK
