PNP's fifth looks real

THE EDITOR, Sir:
THE PROSPECT of a fifth term for the People's National Party (PNP) is becoming real.
The Jamaica Labour Party continues to self-destruct under the pressure of their on-going leadership crisis. The bottom line however, appears to be that Jamaicans refuse to elect a JLP government whilst Seaga remains at the helm; I am not familiar with the young and upcoming labourites, but would like to think that there are a few potential leaders.
Of the PNP's leadership prospects, Dr. Peter Phillips seems to be the right pick. Portia, though the popular choice, lacks the tools for ultimate leadership; Omar Davies' garrisons are in turmoil and in need of his undivided attention.
As usual, I am open to correction, comments, and enlightenment.
Peace and love.
I am, etc.,
