THE EDITOR, Sir:
AFTER READING your Internet edition report on 'London pressures dancehall stars', I came to the conclusion that what a man does with his personal time, in private, is nobody's business.
If he wishes to be a smoker of the herbs that gets him laughing without evident reasons, that's his personal dealings and lifestyle as long as he poses no danger to the public. If he chooses to 'dweet,' the wrong way that's his right as a human. Who cares how the gays 'dweet'? That's between them and God, on judgement day.
On the other hand: why should homosexuals persecute musicians who sing songs against them?. I think the homosexual community should think first about what they are doing persecuting reggae musicians who criticise them.
Musicians, should not buckle to the demands of bad morals, even when it makes money sense, for long after the money is spent, they will have to live with their decisions that just might turn their insides out.
I am, etc.,
