Improve Passport Office efficiency

THE EDITOR, Sir:
IT IS with great disgust that I complain about the service at the Passport Office.
Firstly, the Office opens at 9:00 a.m. and there is insufficient parking. Why so late? Secondly, people are there from as early as 5:00 a.m. just to get an early number, but it makes no sense at all because the persons who are processing these documents are somewhat slow.
I suggest that the office be moved to a location of convenience. Whoever thought about this did not take all the big picture into consideration.
