I AM very concerned about
Outside of church at 9:30 p.m. after a meeting starting at 6:00 p.m. a young woman in her 30s was slapping a five or six year-old boy in the face. She then proceeded to take her backless shoe off and continuously hit him in the face eight to nine times with great force.
At the Aqua Park on July 10, between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. a heavily built woman had a belt whipping a five or six year-old boy in the face with great force while he sat there motionless.
The abuse was around a table where the boy sat as she continued to whip him with high swipes above his head. Young people sat around and watched as she carried out her assault. There were men about and nobody intervened or said anything. I was looking for my nephew whilst trying to keep up with the younger one who was determined to find his brother.
I am absolutely horrified that these assaults are taking place here on children in the younger age group. The mothers should be ashamed of themselves. People in society should intervene and let these out of control, shameful women know this is not acceptable behaviour.
If anyone has video phones or cameras, please view these assaults and send them to appropriate organisations that can make films to show the public that this is not acceptable.
