PSOJ's 29th Job Creation Awards today

KENNEDY

THE PRIVATE Sector Organi-sation of Jamaica (PSOJ), in association with Cable & Wireless Jamaica (C&WJ), will hold the 29th Job Creation Awards at the Terra Nova Hotel, St. Andrew, this morning.

This month's awardees are Guardsman Armoured and NCB Capital Markets. The Small Business Award will be presented to British Caribbean Insurance Company (BCIC) while Grace, Kennedy and Company will receive an award for job creation for a period exceeding 70 years.

Francis Kennedy, chief project officer for Grace, Kennedy, will be the guest speaker at the breakfast awards ceremony where companies, which have created a minimum of 25 new employment opportunities within the last six months, are recognised. Smaller businesses that have created a minimum of five jobs are also recognised at this event.
