An open letter to Tishanna
published: Sunday | August 1, 2004

THE EDITOR, Sir:

WITH REGARDS to a letter dated June 2, 2001, Searching for Carmen Ellis. A young woman named Tishanna wrote to your newspaper searching for her mother, or any family member who could help her find her mother.

This letter was brought to my attention on June 23, 2004. I have responded by sending several e-mails, but they all returned unsuccessful.

Carmen Ellis is now Carmen Ellis Baker. She wants Tishanna to know that her mother has never given up hope of finding her. Therefore she can contact her at the address below.

I am, etc.,

CARMEN ELLIS-BAKER

c/o Pentecostal Tabernacle

72 1/2 Wildman Street, Kingston C.S.O.
