Good job, Customs officials
published: Sunday | August 1, 2004

THE EDITOR Sir:

I JUST read the story dealing with the clearance of items by the dental team that recently arrived in your country. During the past 10 years, the Beacon Group has arranged for many work teams and individuals to come to Jamaica to learn from the Jamaicans and then to share their knowledge in return. We can say without hesitation, that when we have all the paperwork completed in the manner recommended, that passing through Customs is "no problem."

We are grateful for the care and concern that Customs has for both the country of Jamaica and for those of us who visit. We are honoured to work with Customs officials and with many other officials of the government of Jamaica.

I am, etc.,

JIM COY

President/Founder - Beacon Group

Evansville, Indiana, USA
