THE EDITOR, Sir: On July 13 orders came from the members of the 'One Order' gang' operating in Spanish Town that all businesses must be closed down as a mark of respect to the gang leader who was killed in Kingston.

Let's put values and attitudes into action
THE EDITOR, Sir: MR. DELROY Chuck frequently writes about economic matters, criticising the Government's policies but rarely suggesting viable sustainable alternatives.

'Ghettofication' of Portmore
THE EDITOR, Sir: I DON'T know if it's just my imagination running wild, but ever since Portmore became a municipality last year, the quality of life seems to be declining steadily.

'We are not for sale'
THE EDITOR, Sir: I AM extremely angry and disappointed with the Government and their elected officials for agreeing to the imposition of a toll fee to access/exit the dormitory community of Portmore.

THE EDITOR, Sir: RESIDENTS OF Portmore and adjoining districts should be exempt from paying a toll leading into their communities for the following reasons...

JLP must get act together
THE EDITOR, Sir: I WOULD like to say to the members of the JLP that if you continue to be divided for years before the next election, and immediately appear 'united' in time for the election...

Citizens duped
THE EDITOR, Sir: I CANNOT help but notice the way the citizens of Portmore are being duped.
