St James' anti-crime success
SOMETHING IS happening in the St. James Police Division. We want to be careful not to celebrate too early, since short-term success is not the same as long-term victory.

THE POLITICAL process has lost its appeal to the majority of the Jamaican people for well over a decade. Following the 1989 General Election, the number of voters participating in the electoral process has declined significantly.
