Q: What is your response to the claim that beauty contests are superficial?

A: I don't think they are superficial because we won't just be judged on physical attributes but on how best you can represent your country and what you have to offer.

Q: What in your opinion is your best quality?

A: I can relate well and communicate with different kinds of people.

Q: How does being in the competition affect your goals, and how will it affect them if you win?

A: I plan to own my own business in the health and beauty industry. So being in the competition will really help me build a reputation for myself. It will give me exposure.

Q: What do you think of the addition of the talent, sports and beach beauty mini-competitions to the pageant?

A: It's a really good addition. The contestants show that they have a lot of talent. It helps to show that the competition is based on a lot more than just physical appearance and answers on stage.

Q: Which of the mini-competition would you stand the best chance of winning?

A: I'm not very athletic. Probably beach beauty.

Q: Name three must haves

A: A career, my family around me for support and my
freedom.

Q: Why should you win the title of Miss Jamaica World?

A: I'm well qualified to represent the country because I am a product of it. I would do my best to show what Jamaica is all about. I would make a positive impact on my community.

LUE YEN... plans to own her own business in the health and beauty industry.
