KPH doctors
published: Thursday | September 23, 2004

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I MUST write and say thanks to the team of hard-working doctors at the Kingston Public Hospital (KPH). The negative publicity that the hospital gets over the years is so unfounded. Thanks to all the doctors who tended to me while I was fighting a battle to survive. Doctors Foo, Burke and Nurse Barnett, Dr. Atkins, intern doctors Barrett and Brown, God bless!

These doctors and nurses go beyond the call of duty to help each patient individually.

Big up nurses from the surgical ward (2N), Nurses Kelly, Burrell, Donaldson, Walker and Myers. Nurse Saint from 3W and those whose names I have forgotten. These nurses go the extra mile to see that their patients are okay.

Thanks again doctors and nurses and keep up the good work.

I am, etc.,

JENNIFER MCKENZIE

Shakespeare Avenue,

Kingston 20
