THE EDITOR, Sir:
PERMIT ME through this medium to express thanks to the Member of Parliament, Mr. Richard Azan, for the great job he is doing in the constituency of Northwest Clarendon, and in particular the keen interest shown to the schools in his constituency.
Mr. Azan can be described as a workaholic, a man of vision and one who has a passion for education. Through his initiative schools in his constituency have received quantity of books, farming tools, sewing machine, seeds, teachers' desks and chairs.
The Sanguinetti Primary School which suffered damage to the roof of one of its buildings as a result of Hurricane Ivan received a large tarpaulin to assist in alleviating the present problems being experienced.
