WESTMORELAND:

COME NOVEMBER 6, West-moreland Councillors and delegates will be voting for Bruce Golding to lead the Jamaica Labour Party into the next general election.

Councillor Keith Barnes of the Cornwall Mountain division was unapologetic in his pronouncement to support Golding "all the way".

Reason: He is the man with the vision. My delegates will be supporting him too.

Councillor Laurmond Senior of the Petersfield division also endorsed Mr. Golding. "He is the best person for the job. My delegates will be going strictly for Bruce Golding."

Councillor Hopeton Tulsie of the Friendship division said he would vote for Bruce Golding.

"He has good ideas and one of them is to set aside two per cent of the budget for each constituency. He has the backing of the business sector. He will turn the economy around as investors have confidence in him," he said.

Lloyd Cordiel representing the Frome division said he was in Bruce Golding's camp. "I like his leadership style and he is the man who can win the next general election and all my delegates are going with him."
