THE EDITOR, Sir: I WISH to add my few sentiments to the much publicised toll debate. The prime minister in his address at the official opening of the new segment said: "if you can't afford the toll, please use the old road".
Long overdue
THE EDITOR, Sir:THE PROPOSED sweeping changes to the educational system are long overdue. However, let me warn the team of educational reformers that it is going to need people with guts of steel to implement those changes.
