THEY'LL BE the first to tell you that it's 'a team thing' ­ getting the recipes together, sourcing and creating the products, even digging and nudging to find the best foodie (and his specialty) of every community they visit.

Creating food for life
AS A young teacher trainee at Shortwood Teachers' College in Kingston, 28-year-old Shereen Codner really had the arts as her choice of subject areas (course option) but fate stepped in and closed that door, opening another much more tantalising one.
