Employ bright minds, Air J

THE EDITOR, Sir:

I AM positive that Air Jamaica can be run successfully. We need to employ the brightest minds from the region who are fully committed to being placed into key management positions in order to make important strategic decisions.

Too long we have been relying on personnel from outside the region to run the airline and often times they have failed. Let's stop giving work permits to these foreigners and invest in our own people. If the government is unwilling to do so, then maybe we should close our universities.
