Nicholson, Chuck to have second CCJ meeting
A SECOND meeting has been scheduled between Senator A.J. Nicholson, minister of justice, and Delroy Chuck, Opposition spokesman on justice, for this Thursday.

More Haitians arrive in Portland
THE INFLUX of Haitian refugees continues to increase as 55 more boat people landed at Edison Bay, Manchioneal, Portland, on Saturday. The group includes 28 males, seven females and 20 children below the age of 10.


JLP supporters injured in crash
THE SECRETARY and assistant secretary to J.C. Hutchinson, member of Parliament for north west St. Elizabeth, were among five persons injured in a traffic accident along the Highway 2000 toll road yesterday at about 10:45 a.m.


One more 'Gideon' member held
ANOTHER MEMBER of the notorious Gideon Warriors gang was captured by Operation Kingfish during an operation carried out in Papine, St. Andrew, Saturday night.
