CMI wins at schools' swimming championship

THE CARIBBEAN Maritime Institute (CMI) entered a strong team in the Mayberry Investments Ltd. Schools' Swimming Championship, held at the National Stadium on February 17 and 18, 2005.

The young men competed with students from various universities and colleges and came out champions.

Representing the CMI were Marc-Anthony Pinnock, Dominic Depass, Norman Riley and Shane Steele.

The medal haul of these young men comprised 13 gold medals for relay and individual laps, four silvers and two bronzes.

They also received prizes of shares from Mayberry Investment Ltd.

The institute salutes these students for their outstanding performance.
