MISS THAILAND Chananporn Rosjan was the eventual winner in the costume competition at the Miss Universe 2005 pageant in Bangkok, according to an Associated Press report posted on Global Beauties.com.

Rosjan won the Best National Costume competition, with Miss Czech Republic as first runner-up and Miss Mexico as second runner-up.

The finals of the Miss Universe Pageant are set for May 31, where Jamaica's finalist Raquel Wright will compete with 80 other women from around the world for the crown. The pageant will be televised on May 30 on NBC.
