I SAW in the press recently that the plan to develop Heroes Park was progressing slowly. This might be a blessing in disguise since it is highly unlikely that the general public will use these facilities ....

Rid streets of 'windshield wipers'
THE EDITOR, Sir: IT IS with much concern, especially for female motorists, that I pen this letter, imploring that the police remove 'windshield wipers' from our streets. They are vicious creatures.


Thumbs up for PSOJ's move
THE EDITOR, Sir:A LETTER appeared in the paper on May 24 disagreeing with the PSOJ's anti-crime initiative. The writer suggested that instead of closing businesses, they should call on Government to denounce lawlesness in the society.


We are a 'separated country'
THE EDITOR, Sir: THE 'SHUTDOWN' by the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica has sparked many arguments in many nooks and crannies. From granny to the little child who have sense. Many are saying "Why now?"
